Custom Embroidered Patches
Yes, we create custom patches! Patches are a popular alternative to direct-to-garment embroidery. We can make patches in various shapes, sizes, and types. Patches can be sew-on, heat transfer, or even reusable peel and stick-on.
The patch pictured above is ten inches across and eleven inches tall. It is 100% embroidered, which is to say that the blue fill is not some other fabric but is embroidered, too. There are just shy of 170,000 stitches in the patch, which is formed in the shape of Oregon (the black background in the photo is not part of the embroidery.)
People who wear uniforms such as police, fire, and rescue workers often wear patches. Patches are frequently used to denote rank and special achievements.
Patches are also used extensively by fans of teams, rock groups, organizations, and favorite brands names. They are also great for capturing important symbols like the peace sign, Christian fish, national and state flags, and support ribbons (such as "Support our Troops") or other icons.
For businesses, patches can offer a great solution for handling employee turnover. We can make a patch with a new employee's name designed to go over the other name. Why replace a whole garment if you just need to change a name?
The digitized files used to make small patches can also be used to create embroidered magnets, which make great and useful promotional giveaways or a fun point-of-purchase product to sell. People like colorful magnets. Embroidered magnets are unusual and attract positive attention.

No Minimums
Most people shopping for patches on the Internet run into the issue of minimums. That is, you get a great unit price if you buy 50 (or whatever the number is.) At Creativity On, we do not require minimums. You can get a better unit price with quantity purchases, but we will create a single patch at a fair price. We suggest that you contact us with your patch needs. Let's see what we can do for you.
Large 100% embroidered patches have extremely large stitch counts, which is what adds considerably to the price. We have options to reign in the price, if that is a major concern. Stitching on a desired background colored fabric can reduce the stitch count and therefore the price, too. Outlining fonts and artwork instead of filling them all the way in is one method for reducing the stitch density.
Once we have created a patch template for you, it is a relatively simple matter to customize the basic patch at some other time. For example, maybe you have an event patch and would like to update the year. Maybe you would like to change a color scheme and add a little design.
We are happy to help you design a patch. Give us a call with your ideas and let us turn them into something beautiful. As always, all of our work is guaranteed.
