• What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, MC, AMEX, Discover, and C.O.D. We also accept cash and checks.

• What kind of sales do you offer?

We have occasional sales that we announce in our newsletter or on this website. However, we also suggest that if you are looking for something specific, give us a call and let us see what we can do for you. We shop our suppliers for the best quality at the best price and pass that along to you. That's part of our ooh-la-la customer service.

• Do we have to shop with catalogs?

Some people love shopping in catalogs and others don’t. For those who do we offer print catalogs by request or you can shop from our website. If you aren't so thrilled shopping, we will be happy to help you locate products you’re searching for. We also have experience with many products and can share the pros and cons.

• What is digitizing and what’s the fee for?

Digitizing is the process of converting artwork, such as your logo, into a series of computer commands that the embroidery machines need to output the work. It’s especially important for complex logos so that the stitching is beautifully rendered. The fee covers professional digitizing and providing you with a stitched sample before it goes onto the products you ordered. When you re-order products, we use the digitized file so you do not incur another fee.

• What do I need to submit for you to make something embroidered out of it, like our logo?

You need to submit clean artwork in one of the following formats: jpg, gif, tiff, ai. Remember, the finished product will only be as good as the artwork you provide. The higher the quality of the original, the better the end result will be.

• Do you have minimum orders?

We do not require minimums.

• Do you price match other companies?

Yes, we either meet or beat most competitors prices.

• How do we know we’ll like your work?

We guarantee our work 100%. See our testimonials. We also provide stitch-out samples and will email photos of them to assure customer satisfaction prior to embroidery.

• Do you have a storefront?

No, we are a home-based wholesale business. Our low overhead helps us keep our prices low for you.

• Your prices are so low we worry about quality. What gives?

We have low overhead and don’t need to charge higher prices. We have testimonials and references.

• What is your customer service like?

Ooo-la-la. We like creating win-win situations. We get business so we can keep doing this, and you get a reliable source for all your embroidery needs. Great products, price, and service mean happy customers. Most of our clients are referrals.

• What is your turnaround time like? Do you accept rushes?

Usually 7 to 10 business days, sooner on rushes.

• What if we have purchased clothing from somewhere else? Do you still embroider on them?

Yes, we embroider on items purchased elsewhere; however, in that case we only guarantee the embroidery, not the garment.

• Do you do screen printing, too?

Yes, we can provide screen printing.

• Do you do print work like selling pens with logos?

We offer a wide variety of promotional products. Let us know what you‘re looking for and we’ll try to find the best product and price for you.

• What if I buy clothing that doesn’t fit right?

You may purchase samples at the quoted price. There are size charts available. We are familiar with sizing on most brands offered, and we can advise of any size issues before you order. An example is that a particular brand might run large or small. One company’s large may be more like another company’s medium. We can also advise you on our experience with how a given brand holds up to laundering and so on.

• Do you guarantee your work?

Yes. On products you purchase through us, we guarantee 100% On products you bring or ship to us for embroidery, we guarantee the embroidery work 100%
