Joshua Bagby provides the following service packages.

Exterior Photo Flyer—For those cases where you don't want interior shots, I provide an economical solution. This includes an exterior photo and all the necessary facts. $49.

Exterior/Interior Photo Flyer—Exterior and interior photography in a deluxe design guaranteed to please. Service includes the flyer and 9 enhanced photos (from an average of 100 taken). $100.

Exterior/Interior Photo Flyer with 25 photos—For your higher-end properties, service includes deluxe flyer and at least 25 enhanced photos for your virtual tours (from an average of 250 taken.) $129.

Desktop Publishing—Already have great photos? I'll design a flyer using your photos and my design and copywriting skills. Since this can be done via email, clients can be located anywhere. $49.

Photography Service—Need photos but don't need flyers? Let me know what you need. $35 an hour.

Newsletters and brochures—Keep in contact with your clients or attract new ones with either print or electronic material. $35 an hour.

Listing presentations and proposals—Impress potential clients with non-generic and personalized support material about you and your business. $35 an hour or flat fee.

Fair Weather Guarantee—Sometimes you need photos quickly, but the weather is all wrong. If bad weather spoils exterior shots, I will re-shoot it in better weather at no extra charge.

Free Updates—For the life of the listing, I will supply you with text updates for your flyers (such as price reductions or special incentives to buyers) at no extra charge.

 

Travel—Prices apply to Salem addresses. There's a $25 fee added for photographing properties in surrounding towns to cover fuel and travel time.
